You will be responsible for greeting visitors, providing assistance to parents and students, and supporting the administrative team with various tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist visitors, parents, and students in a friendly and efficient manner.
  • Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and correspondence, directing inquiries appropriately.
  • Coordinate appointments, schedules, and meetings for school staff.
  • Maintain the front desk area to be inviting, organized, and professional.
  • Assist with administrative duties including data entry, filing, and record keeping.
  • Support student registration and ensure confidentiality of student records.
  • Collaborate with staff to facilitate school events and activities.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration or customer service are advantageous.
  • Previous experience in a front desk, reception, or administrative role preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic, both verbal and written.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment.
  • Friendly, professional, and approachable demeanor with a strong customer service orientation.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with basic data management systems.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
