To strengthen our UK team, we are looking for a Scheduling Success Coordinator to coordinate on-site service assignments (repairs, maintenance and installations) for our Agilent Field Service Engineers (FSE) and Authorised Service Partners (ASP) across the UK and Ireland.

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Efficient scheduling of our service engineers' on-site visits for repairs and maintenance/qualifications and installations of Agilent and non-Agilent systems
• Optimising the productivity of our Agilent service engineers while ensuring customer satisfaction
• Prioritisation of service calls with particular attention to contractual response times, management of critical issues and customer needs
• Customer management and ongoing customer communication to communicate service status at all times
• Active collaboration with the service manager, sales and sales management to ensure efficient scheduling

This position will be based in our office in Cheadle (United Kingdom) where partial remote work would be an option (hybrid model).

Qualifications

We are looking for a motivated individual with the following background:

First experience in an administrative, scheduling or customer-oriented position 
• Full proficiency in English
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• SAP/CRM knowledge is an advantage
