Description
The Scheduling specialist will be in charge of making correct and well-organized schedules and rota with proper break distribution․
In addition, the scheduling specialist will assist in helping with other tasks as assigned by Operations Head and Senior Team Managers in matters relating to operational personnel scheduling and organizational needs.
Responsibilities
- Create shift rota and make correct break distribution for Game Presenters, Game Hosts, Shufflers and other shift employees
- Keep the schedule and rota file up to date and aligned with business needs
- Keep track of employee attendance in accordance with in-house policies
- Be in contact with the staff to make quick schedule updates in case of absences or replacements
- Make correspondent reports and provide statistics
- Cooperate with other departments and teams
Requirements
- Advanced knowledge of Armenian, English and Russian languages
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
- Prior experience would be a plus
- Advanced knowledge of Excel
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Excellent multitasking skills and ability to set clear priorities
- Flexibility to work different shifts
