As a Scheduling Specialist, you will create and maintain efficient schedules for the Verification team, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and company regulations. This role involves forecasting, daily schedule adjustments, and supporting various teams to ensure operational efficiency.
- Creating and maintaining the Verification team's monthly schedules according to law and company-wide regulations, including vacation planning.
- Keeping track of normal working hours following relevant laws.
- Making daily adjustments to schedules and finding substitutions as needed.
- Forecasting based on previous volumes and upcoming contractual obligations to ensure adequate staffing.
- Setting scheduling minimums based on forecasts and assumptions for the next month.
- Assisting specialists, team leads, and accounting in all matters regarding scheduling.
- Using scheduling software and providing support on related topics to other teams and leads.
- Creating and maintaining last month's retro sheet, creating and maintaining the new month's scheduling sheet, and updating/maintaining the monthly capacity overview sheet and/or other tools related to scheduling.
- Covering the tasks of other Scheduling Specialists and/or other team members while they are on holiday or leave.
- Proven experience as a Scheduling Specialist in a fast-paced SaaS company.
- Familiarity with scheduling software and tools.
- Strong understanding of Estonian labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- A sense of urgency.
