We are looking for an energetic and detail oriented full-time Office Assistant/Scheduling Specialist to join our team! If you’re an ambitious individual who wants to build a career in healthcare, then we want to work with you. We have a talented and fun team that you will be able to work alongside!

 

Responsibilities Include:

  • This person will work 20 hours/week as an Office Assistant and 20 hours/week as a Scheduling Specialist supporting our clinic and physical therapy areas.
  • The Scheduling Specialist provides superior customer service to both internal and external customers when scheduling patient appointments. The Scheduling Specialist plays an important role in managing provider and department schedules and facilitating access to the services patients need while ensuring efficient operation of the department.
  • The Office Assistant is responsible for providing clerical and administrative support for management and staff in the department/unit. Provides a variety of clerical and computer support to the department. Works as part of a team and frequently acts as a liaison between department staff and internal/external customers. Assists in department projects as requested.
  • Other areas depending on current needs

What Do You Need?

  • High School Diploma or equivalency
  • Medical or Behavioral Health experience highly desired
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
