We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Scheduling Specialist! You'll play a crucial role in ensuring efficient scheduling of appointments for our patients. What's Available:
- 72 hours bi-weekly (0.9 FTE), Full-time
- Shift: Monday-Friday, between 8:00am-4:30 pm, rotating day off every other week
- Location: On-site in Onalaska, WI for training
- Remote/Hybrid eligible. Hybrid eligible for residents of WI, MN, and IA with willingness to participate for onsite meetings and training as needed.

What you will do:
- Provide LOVE + MEDICINE to our patients through providing the best first/last impressions with top level customer service.
- Partner with a team of providers, medical professionals and managers who are here to support your success and that of our patients in their health journeys.
- Provide customer service to patients by helping schedule appointments
What you need:
- High School Diploma or equivalency
- 1 year experience in an office setting requiring customer service responsibilities
- Strong organization, phone etiquette, and customer service skills
- Medical terminology and healthcare experience is a plus!
- Epic and healthcare systems experience desired
