We are looking for agile, data-oriented Scheduling Representative to join our team! We are seeking a representative who thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced global company. You will be in charge of coordinating a customer's shipments by booking and scheduling to ensure we provide an optimal customer service experience within a teamwork based and tech driven company.
DEPARTMENT: Sales- Account Management
LOCATION: Philippines
WHAT YOU GET TO DO:
- Schedule appointments via email, phone, or customer TMS based on customer requirements.
- Work with members of other teams to guarantee a smooth delivery process.
- Work with the Customer Sales team to improve specific customer scheduling process to ensure optimal loads
- Work with Carrier Sales team to optimize loads to improve carrier sourcing
- Assist with challenging requests and know when they should be escalated.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- 6m+ Logistics/Brokerage experience required
- Experience high-volume scheduling, coordinating, or planning in a fast paced environment
- Proven ability to maintain high levels of customer service
- Fluent in English - Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Familiarity with US geography
- Go-getter attitude with the ability to come up with solutions to challenges
