When patients call a medical office, they're not usually calling because they're having a great day. They may be trying to schedule an appointment they've been waiting for, looking for answers about a referral, or simply trying to figure out where to go next. Your role is to make that process easy.
As a Scheduling Receptionist, you'll be the first point of contact for patients. You'll help them schedule appointments, answer questions, update information, and connect them with the right resources. Every conversation is an opportunity to create a positive experience and help patients feel supported from the very first call.
No healthcare experience? That's okay. If you're organized, confident on the phone, and enjoy helping people, we'll teach you the rest.
