Since 1896, our mission has remained the same: serving older adults with Christ-like love while creating meaningful opportunities for our team members to grow and thrive.
What You'll Be DoingAs our Scheduling Coordinator, you'll be the behind-the-scenes champion who helps keep everything running smoothly.
✨ Coordinate client visits and caregiver schedules to ensure seamless service delivery.
✨ Communicate with clients, families, and team members to provide excellent customer service.
✨ Maintain accurate schedules, records, and service documentation.
✨ Assist with office operations, including ordering supplies and managing inventory.
✨ Support leadership with administrative projects and daily operational needs.
✨ Adapt quickly to changing priorities and help solve scheduling challenges as they arise.
✨ Contribute to a positive team environment while helping us deliver outstanding care.

Qualifications📚 High School Diploma or GED required
