At Koslin & Kahn Oral and Facial Surgery, we are seeking a dedicated and professional Scheduling Coordinator to join our Call Center team. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for patients and referring dental offices, assisting with appointment scheduling and ensuring a positive, seamless experience.

The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and is committed to delivering exceptional service.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist patients and referring dental offices with scheduling clinical procedures efficiently and accurately.
  • Answer a high volume of calls promptly, projecting a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude with every interaction.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of scheduling, insurance, and billing processes relevant to dental offices.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.
  • Demonstrate reliability, organization, and strong time management skills.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth patient flow and excellent service.
  • Adapt to a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks to meet daily operational needs.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of dental office experience preferred but not required.
  • 1+ year of customer-focused experience.
  • 1+ year of call center or high-volume phone experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
