Granicus' Swagit Productions team is hiring entry-level Scheduling Coordinator for our remote Costa Rica team.  This is an exciting entry-level role that can turn your love of live streaming into a full-fledged career!

The Scheduling Coordinator will be courteous and patient on the phone, and will have had a history of demonstrated exceptional customer service experience. Excellent organization skills and strong attention to detail are critical. Must know how to navigate on the latest Windows Operating Systems.


What your impact will look like here:

  • Updating the client broadcast schedule with 100% accuracy.
  • Setting recordings and updating client documentation in proprietary company systems.
  • Processing a high volume of emails and phone calls throughout the duration of shifts.
  • Receiving client meeting agendas.
  • Communicating tasks that have been requested through email or phone to our Video Supervisors.
  • Processing of video files that relate to numerous government jurisdiction meetings that may include; Council, Planning and Zoning, Commissioner Court, School Board, State Boards, local city productions and many other types.

What is needed?

  • The Scheduling Coordinator will be courteous and patient on the phone, and will have had a history of demonstrated exceptional customer service experience. Excellent organization skills and strong attention to detail are critical. Must know how to navigate on the latest Windows Operating Systems.
  • Availability within the window of 10am to 6pm is preferred. Must be willing and flexible to work holidays if needed. This position covers rotating on-call shifts on weekends.
  • Pay is dependent upon qualifications. We reserve the right to promote and issue raises to any employee at any time, and will be based on work history, work reviews, internal job openings and company employee needs.
  • We expect all employees to arrive on-time to work and coordinate with co-workers, who may not be scheduled at the same time, if circumstances prevent an employee from being present as scheduled in advance.
  • Please provide a resume and cover letter. Include 3 or more references, including title and contact information, one of which must include your immediate past supervisor.
