Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and organized Scheduler with knowledge of the In-Home Care industry to join our team. This is a full-time position based in Eugene, Oregon. The successful candidate will be working with another scheduler to provide clients and caregivers scheduling and communication needs. This position is a team based role and offers an attractive wage of $21-$22 per hour, paid biweekly.

Responsibilities:
• Receive and respond to incoming calls, emails, and postal correspondence
• Provide support to our In Home Care division
• Scheduling
• Communication with clients and caregivers
• Speaking with various community partners and new client inquiries
• Other administrative duties as assigned
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years of experience with Senior or Health Care Industries
• Proficient in computer software such as Microsoft Office and Google Suite
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team
