Responsible for performing administrative tasks, managing clerical duties, and coordinating the scheduling of PRN associates.

Clerical Duties

Manage incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and correspondence.

Maintain accurate records, files, and documentation in both digital and physical formats.

Prepare and distribute reports, memos, and meeting agendas as required.

Ensure the office remains organized, including ordering supplies and maintaining inventory.

Scheduling Responsibilities
-
Coordinate and schedule PRN associates based on department needs and availability.
-
Maintain an up-to-date scheduling system, ensuring shifts are appropriately filled.

Communicate schedule changes or updates to associates and Managers in a timely manner.

Track associate availability, shift preferences, and compliance with scheduling policies.

Collaboration

Work closely with Managers to identify staffing requirements.

Address and resolve scheduling conflicts or last-minute coverage needs.

Compliance and Reporting
-
Ensure compliance with organizational policies and labor laws regarding work hours and scheduling.

Generate and maintain reports on employee scheduling, attendance, and performance metrics.

Qualifications
Required
-
High school diploma or GED
-
Proven experience in clerical or administrative roles.

Familiarity with scheduling, particularly in a healthcare setting

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling software.

Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.

Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
