We’re Looking For:

We are seeking a Scheduling and Logistics Specialist with experience in utilizing routing software and optimizing operational efficiency. You will be part of the Operations team responsible for establishing daily Inspector schedules and ensuring exceptional customer service. 

In this role, you will be involved in leveraging software and business intelligence tools to maximize operational efficiency. Additionally, you will need to effectively manage your workload and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in logistics and a proven track record in utilizing tools and technologies.

  • Proactive. You possess a self-starting mindset and can work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Tech-savvy. You can utilize and navigate various software and technological tools effectively.

You Will:

  • Compile and interpret analytical data, making independent decisions on workload and resource allocation.

  • Collaborate with management to determine business needs and system requirements.

  • Plan, direct, and manage routing activities within specified constraints (time, cost, resources, and quality) in coordination with management.

  • Use route optimization software in collaboration with the Dispatch team to optimize routes, implement efficiencies, and communicate changes to Managers and Inspectors.

  • Apply problem-solving and critical thinking skills when making decisions that impact the entire company.

  • Conduct periodic reviews of Data Management and route structure, performing optimization efforts as necessary.

  • Resolve complaints in a friendly and courteous manner, escalating serious complaints or incidents when necessary.

Must Have’s:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience. 

  • 2+ years of experience in routing and logistics.

  • Experience with Google suite products. 

  • Comfortability with technology and working in a remote environment.

  • Excellent written, oral, and presentation skills.

Nice to Have’s:

  • Experience in the automotive industry.

  • Geographical knowledge of the given routing area/territory.
