About this Role:

Consertus is looking for an experienced Scheduler for an onsite project in Miami, FL or Fort Lauderdale, FL. As part of a project controls team, you’ll develop and maintain project, program and construction schedules in Primavera P6. Coordinate with Stakeholders to develop project phasing, update project and program schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform scheduling and/or other controls functions on management of large and multipackage construction projects
  • Perform critical path analysis and prepare variance reports
  • Perform cost and resource loading and develop cash flow reports
  • Identify project changes, trends, and risks
  • Review and analyze contractors’ baseline, progress update and time impact analysis submittals
  • Prepare schedule reports for management

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, construction management or other relevant fields is required
  • Industry certifications (e.g. PSP, PMI-SP) preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in scheduling/project controls in fields such as transportation, aviation, or vertical construction projects.
  • Proficiency in Primavera P6, Schedule Analyzer Pro, or Acumen
