About the Role

The Scheduler is responsible for planning, coordinating, and maintaining the schedule of installation projects to ensure customer demand is aligned with available machines, resources, and internal timelines. This role acts as a central point of coordination between sales, operations, manufacturing & refurbishment, logistics, and program management to guarantee on-time delivery and successful installation execution.

What You'll Do

• Coordinate with sales, operations, and supply chain teams to validate timelines and capacity for upcoming projects.

• Develop, maintain, and adjust detailed installation project schedules to align actual demand & demand forecasts with machine availability.

• Ensure installation schedules meet customer requirements while balancing internal production, shipping, and resource constraints.

• Understanding of Solutions and Products to aid in inventory selection and assignment to all installation projects.

• Communicate scheduling changes, risks, and updates clearly across internal teams and to external stakeholders.

• Monitor progress of scheduled installations and associated machine’s readiness timeline to proactively resolve conflicts, bottlenecks, or delays.

• Support cross-functional planning efforts to align machine readiness with labor availability, installation crews, and customer site readiness.

• Maintain accurate scheduling data in planning systems (CRM/ERP) and tools to support forecasting and reporting.

• Confirm and execute orders for parts and machines through ERP.

• Build and maintain internal and third-party relationships globally.

• Partner with leadership to recommend process improvements for scheduling efficiency and accuracy.

What We Offer
The salary range for this role is $73,000-$86,000 however, Packsize considers several factors when determining compensation when extending a job offer, including but not limited to, the role being offered, the associated responsibilities, the candidate's prior work experience, education/training, and any special skills.
