Schedule: Full Time Weekdays 8am-4:30pm

Hourly Range: $17.16-$21.19

How you’ll contribute

A Scheduler who excels in this role: 

• Collects up front deposits due from patients from information obtained during the scheduling process.  
• Offers alternative financial arrangements to the patient in the event he/she is unable to meet deposit requirements. 
• Verifies insurance benefits, obtains necessary authorizations, documents, schedules outpatient procedures.  
• Contacts patients to advise of appointment time, insurance benefits, and financial obligation.

What we’re looking for

Applicants should have a High school diploma or equivalent required or may be substituted by three years of directly related experience. Additional requirements include:

• Knowledge of medical terminology preferred.
• Significant working knowledge of computers, telephones, copier and fax machines.
• Previous hospital scheduling experience preferred.
