Responsibility
1. 配送與排程管理
• 負責每日配送排程規劃及車趟安排。
• 依據客戶需求、庫存狀況、產能及運能進行配送排程調整。
• 確保客戶需求依時程完成交付。
2. 運輸資源管理
• 協調自有車隊及外包運輸商之車輛安排。
• 監控車輛使用率及運輸效率。
• 即時處理臨時加單、急件及配送異常狀況。
3. 跨部門協調
• 與 Customer Service、Operations、Production、Sales 及 Logistics 團隊密切合作。
• 協調出貨、調撥（STO）及特殊配送需求。
• 確保資訊即時且正確傳遞。
4. 異常處理與問題解決
• 主動追蹤配送延誤、送貨失敗及客戶異常需求。
• 即時提出解決方案並協調相關單位執行。
• 降低配送風險並提升客戶滿意度。
5. 系統及資料管理
• 使用 SAP 系統執行相關配送及調度作業。
• 維護配送資料及相關報表。
• 支援 KPI 及營運績效資料整理與分析。
Requirement
必要條件
• 大專以上學歷。
• 具良好溝通協調能力。
• 能於快速變動環境中處理多項工作。
• 熟悉 Microsoft Office , 特別是outlook & excel
• 需配合假日值班
加分條件
• 具物流、運輸、供應鏈或客戶服務相關經驗。
• 具 SAP ERP 系統操作經驗者佳。
• 具配送排程或運輸調度相關工作經驗者佳。
• 具問題分析及獨立解決問題能力。

Skills Required
- Associate degree or higher
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a rapidly changing environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel
- Availability for weekend duty
- Experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain, or customer service
- Experience using SAP ERP
- Experience with delivery scheduling or transportation dispatching
- Problem analysis and independent problem-solving skills
