SUMMARY:



Responsible for planning, coordinating, estimating, and overseeing project and maintenance activities to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with company standards, specifications, and customer requirements. This position manages project planning, labor and material estimates, scheduling, field execution, equipment reliability, and team coordination while supporting operational goals and continuous improvement.



RESPONSIBILITIES:



• Reviews project specifications, drawings, work instructions, contracts, and other documentation to determine project scope, requirements, and execution plans.
• Prepares complete estimates for assigned projects by analyzing historical data, purchase orders, subcontract information, productivity reports, labor requirements, materials, equipment, and other project resources.
• Develops project plans, schedules, and work activities to support efficient completion of assigned projects and maintenance operations.
• Coordinates daily activities of maintenance personnel, contractors, and field teams to ensure work is completed on schedule and meets quality expectations.
• Provides leadership, direction, training, and support to employees while promoting teamwork, accountability, and safe work practices.
• Oversees maintenance activities for machinery, equipment, tools, and facilities to maintain reliable operation and minimize downtime.
• Plans and coordinates preventive and corrective maintenance activities, ensuring repairs and improvements are completed effectively.
• Reviews equipment issues, troubleshoots problems, and coordinates repairs, replacements, and required resources.
• Ensures materials, tools, equipment, and personnel are available and properly assigned to support project and maintenance activities.
• Maintains accurate records, including estimates, project documents, maintenance reports, work orders, equipment history, and supporting documentation.
• Monitors project progress, labor hours, productivity, costs, and resource usage to identify issues and improve performance.
• Communicates with management, operations teams, vendors, and other stakeholders regarding schedules, project status, maintenance needs, and operational concerns.
• Ensures all work activities comply with company policies, safety requirements, environmental standards, and hazardous material handling procedures.
• Conducts inspections and promotes a culture focused on safety, quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
• Identifies opportunities to improve processes, reduce downtime, control costs, and increase operational effectiveness.
• Performs additional duties as required to support company operations.

Skills Required
