Responsibilities:
Plan, coordinate, and maintain schedules for production, personnel, and resources according to operational requirements.
Collaborate with managers and project teams to ensure timelines are met and resources are allocated efficiently.
Monitor project and task progress, identifying potential conflicts or delays and proposing solutions.
Generate and maintain accurate records of schedules, changes, and assignments.
Communicate schedule changes and priority updates to relevant teams in a timely manner.
Support resource planning and process optimization to improve operational efficiency.
Prepare reports on scheduling performance and compliance with timelines.
Qualifications / Requirements / Knowledge / Education / Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years’ experience in scheduling, project coordination, or resource planning, preferably in regulated environments.
Proficiency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
Knowledge of scheduling tools, project management software, and Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
