We zijn op zoek naar een Scheduler / Materiaal Coordinator (combi rol) binnen de maintenance organisatie van Dow Benelux in Terneuzen, Nederland.

De primaire taak van het Dow Maintenance Team is het veilig, efficiënt en binnen budget uitvoeren van het dagelijkse onderhoud en unit shutdowns.

Als Scheduler ben je hierin verantwoordelijk voor het maken van dagelijkse en wekelijkse detail-schedules op basis van de aangeleverde werkorders. Je stuurt tijdig de schedules uit en zit het schedule overleg voor (met Maintenance specialisten en de planners).  Je zorgt dat er voldoende resources zijn om het werk te plannen en uit te voeren in overleg met de Work Activity Coordinators en de Lead Planners. Je zoekt pro actief betrokkenheid bij voorstellen om het schedule proces te verbeteren.
 

Als materiaalcoordinator treedt je op als focalpoint voor de acquisitie, planning en distributie van materialen en voorraden voor maintenance taken

Verantwoordelijkheden Scheduler

• Beheren van het meerwekenplan en het publiceren van het dag- en weekschedule
• Opstellen van detailplanningen voor stilstand gebonden en/of projectwerkzaamheden.
• Opstellen van een resourceplanning voor interne en externe monteurs en de bewaking van de werklast voor uitvoering.
• Het maken en presenteren van de op te stellen planningen m.b.t. kritische paden, totale doorlooptijden, ontstane knelpunten, mogelijke oplossingen en overige organisatorische aspecten
• Het rapporteren van de voortgang van het uitgevoerde werk naar alle stakeholders
• Controle van de compleetheid van de werkorders ten behoeve van het opstellen van het schedule.
• De afstemming van de timing van de aangeleverde werkorders met productie.
• Het inplannen en leiden van voortgangsvergaderingen en interactieve planning-sessies
• Aanpassingen doorvoeren van schedules op basis van wijzigende prioriteitstellingen en voortgang.
• Rapporteren over de vooraf vastgestelde Maintenance Excellence indicatoren
• Het aandragen en implementeren van Scheduling gerelateerde verbeteringen

Verantwoordelijkheden Materiaal Coordinator

• Bestelt materiaal, hulpmiddelen en apparatuur en doet expediting op leveringsdatums.
• Plaatst material flag in SAP zodra de beschikbaarheid van materiaal is bevestigd.
• Coördineert het verwijderen van overtollig materiaal.
• Houdt toezicht op en houdt inventarislijst bij van materiaal, hulpmiddelen en apparatuur na ontvangst.
• Regelt dat de materialen  en andere zaken die nodig zijn voor een job dat deze op site is.

Kwalificaties

• Je hebt minimaal een technisch MBO-4 diploma, voorkeur mechanisch en/of E&I
• Je hebt minimaal 3-5 jaar ervaring als workcoordinator of technician buiten in de plant
• Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands, kennis van de Engelse taal is een plus

Jouw Vaardigheden

• Planning vaardigheden – Vaardigheid om het meerwekenplan bij te houden en daarnaast de dag- en weekschema's te publiceren.
• Coördinerende vaardigheden – Vaardigheid om resourceplanningen te maken voor interne en externe monteurs om zo de workload goed te verdelen.
• Stakeholder Communicatie – Vaardigheid om planningen, totale doorlooptijden en organisatorische aspecten tijdig en duidelijk te communiceren aan belanghebbende partijen.
• Detailgerichtheid vaardigheden - Controleren van de compleetheid van de werkorders en voor het opstellen van het schema.
• Organiseren, plannen en prioriteren van werk – Vaardigheid voor het aanpassen van schedule op basis van constant wijzigende prioriteiten en voortgang.
• Proactief probleemoplossende vaardigheden – Vaardigheid om knelpunten op voorhand te identificeren en aan de hand daarvan oplossingen te vinden en verbeteringen voor te stellen.
