💼 Your Role:
- Schedule visits for newly referred patients and assign appropriate clinical staff
- Coordinate staff schedules, PTO, call-offs, and special visit requests
- Communicate with patients regarding scheduling and specific needs
- Track and maintain SOC spreadsheets and weekly reports
- Assist Clinical Directors with staff evaluations and onboarding
- Document and report field staff incidents/complaints
- Enter communications in Call Log and provide related reports
- Support Case Managers with LPN/LVN, PTA, COTA, and aide supervisory visits
- Handle office tasks: scanning, filing, emailing, medical records management
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues
- Maintain a professional, positive attitude at all times
🎓 Qualifications:
**LPN License Required**
- 2+ years of scheduling in a healthcare setting (home health preferred)
- 2+ years of experience in a medical office
- Knowledge of medical terminology and coding
- Advanced computer skills
- Ability to work 8 AM – 5 PM from Indianpolis office
