Key Responsibilities:
Develop, maintain, and control project schedules using MS Project or Primavera (P6).
Track project progress, milestones, dependencies, and critical paths.
Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports and executive dashboards.
Analyze schedule variances, delays, and risks, and recommend corrective actions.
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to collect progress updates.
Support project planning, baseline updates, and change management processes.
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely reporting across all projects.
Maintain scheduling and reporting documentation in line with project controls standards.
Requirements
Required Skills & Competencies:
Strong proficiency in MS Project and/or Primavera P6
Experience in project planning, monitoring, and performance reporting
Knowledge of project controls, KPIs, and earned value concepts
Strong analytical, coordination, and documentation skills
Ability to manage multiple project timelines simultaneously
Preferred Certifications (Optional):
PMP, PMI-SP, or Primavera certifications
Experience in large-scale infrastructure or government projects
Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business Management, or a related field
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in project scheduling, planning, and reporting
- Strong proficiency in MS Project and/or Primavera P6
