Job Summary
As a Scent Design Trainee you will collaborate across functions and levels to contribute creatively to the development and introduction of new fragrance themes, technologies, consumer solutions, ideas and new development processes. The role is based in our Scent Creative Center in Dubai.

What Makes You the Right Fit
- Strong interest in fragrances, consumer products, market trends, and innovation
- Good communication skills with the ability to describe observations, share ideas, and collaborate effectively with different teams
- Curiosity and willingness to learn about consumer preferences, fragrance technologies, and industry trends
- Basic understanding of market research and consumer insights, gained through academic studies or internships
- Ability to analyze information, identify patterns, and support the development of creative solutions
- Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a structured and proactive manner
- Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn from experienced colleagues
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
- Bachelor's or Master's degree (or currently pursuing) in Perfumery, Chemistry, Consumer Science, Marketing, Product Development, Life Sciences, or a related field
- Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage
