Overview:
As an Endpoint Management Engineer at M&T Bank, you will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability, security, and efficiency of our endpoint devices. You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of both the Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM) and Intune platforms.
In addition, you will be involved in developing and implementing endpoint management policies, automation, and reporting capabilities to support Zero Trust methodologies. Your expertise in PowerShell scripting, SQL, and Kusto query languages will be essential for the success of our endpoint management efforts.
Primary Responsibilities:

Overseeing the daily operations of both the Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM) and Intune platforms.

Crafting and implementing Endpoint Management (SCCM/MDM) policies and administrative procedures, including the setup of authentication and conditional access requirements to align with Zero Trust methodologies.

Demonstrating proficiency in query languages, such as SQL and Kusto, to facilitate robust reporting capabilities.

Leveraging expertise in PowerShell scripting for the creation of automation solutions and interfacing with the Graph API.

Showcasing your skill in efficiently executing multifaceted software and patch deployments through SCCM and the Intune platform.

Cultivating a deep understanding of the SCCM platform's architecture and its constituent components, enabling the identification and resolution of issues across all architectural levels.

Possessing comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Security Patching deployments and the associated reporting processes.
Education and Experience Required:
Combined minimum of 6 years’ higher education and/or work experience in systems design, management and/or architecture
Education and Experience Preferred:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering
Minimum 6 years’ professional experience in a technical engineering position involving infrastructure design technologies, data management and interchange, system design and/or development for complex applications
M&T Bank is committed to fair, competitive, and market-informed pay for our employees. The pay range for this position is $93,581.10 - $155,968.51 Annual (USD). The successful candidate’s particular combination of knowledge, skills, and experience will inform their specific compensation.
