Tietoevry Tech Services Unit 4 team is looking for engaged and motivated new colleagues that will work with teams on various tasks for new and existing clients, including project implementation, system upgrades, support, and application management tasks. As Junior ERP Consultant, you will work at the intersection of technology, business processes, and people. In this position, you will have the opportunity to work in various areas:

• Participate in a training program with a strong emphasis on "learning-by-doing," where you will initially work closely with our Unit4 support consultants and learn the system and processes by resolving 2nd and 3rd line support cases
• Work with Unit4 ERP system and ERP-processes
• Combine technological understanding with ERP processes and build domain knowledge
• As your skill level increases, you will have the opportunity to take part in other tasks such as:
  • Performing consultant tasks related to the modernization of the ERP platform.
  • Designing and implementing e-learning materials for various business processes supported by the ERP solution.
  • Preparing and conducting training for our customers
  • Designing and implementing use-case demo scenarios
  • Creating process and system documentation
  • Performing various technical and functional tasks such as conversion, scripting, and rewriting
  • Testing Unit 4 ERP system
  • Handling and assisting in resolving customer support inquiries
  • Contributing to various administrative tasks

We expect you have:

• Good spoken and written Scandinavian (preferable Norwegian) and English language skills (for working with foreign clients and colleagues)
• Ambitions and interest in working with ERP systems, understanding how ERP works in different business processes
• Experience handling customers  
• Great enthusiasm for working technically/functionally with IT systems
• Experience working in teams
• Previous experience in working with ERP systems will be considered as an advantage
