Our partner, a reputable group of companies in the Energy Sector, based in Athens, is currently on the lookout for a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to take on the role of a Senior SCAN HRMS Specialist as part of their HR Department.
Mission:
This role acts as the functional owner of SCAN HRMS / Timer, collaborates with HRBP and Payroll teams, and provides guidance to HRMS specialists while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and process optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily work of HRMS Specialists and act as escalation point for complex Time & Attendance issues.
- Manage end-to-end processes for attendance, shifts, overtime, and data validation within SCAN HRMS / Timer.
- Ensure accurate data integration between HRMS, Payroll, and other internal platforms.
- Monitor discrepancies, resolve system or data issues, and maintain high data integrity.
- Produce essential reports and insights to support HR and business decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with Greek labor legislation and internal policies.
- Support system improvements, new functionalities, and user training.
Requirements
Must Have
- 5+ years of relevant experience in HRMS / Time & Attendance roles.
- Advanced knowledge of SCAN HRMS / Timer.
- Strong understanding of Greek labor law, shifts, overtime, and social security rules.
- Excellent Excel and reporting skills.
- Degree in Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, HR or similar.
