Team mission

Our mission is to provide outstanding and scalable support to supply partners in delivering unforgettable experiences to our mutual customers. As a part of one of the four teams constituting the B2B Operations workstream at GetYourGuide, the Scaled Operations team focuses on inventory back office operations including acquisition, onboarding and maintenance.

You will:

  • Lead a team of 7 specialists, provide strong leadership and foster their professional growth and development.
  • Define the team metrics and priorities and ensure execution against targets
  • Drive continuous improvements in our operational processes. Initiate and oversee projects aimed at establishing and refining operational workflows, both within our in-house team and our external vendor partners.
  • Manage cross-functional projects with key stakeholders across Sales, Supply and Product teams
  • Own and manage ad-hoc projects and high impact initiatives focused on scale and automation to drive growth and innovation in our Supply Services
  • Drive the overall team strategy in collaboration with the Senior Manager of B2B Operations; ensuring alignment with our broader organizational goals.

Who you are

  • You are based in Berlin or are willing to relocate for the role. We operate on a hybrid work model and value in-person interaction in our office a minimum of 3 days per week.
  • An experienced People manager with a background in Operations in a high performance environment, ideally in a marketplace company
  • A self-starter with excellent business acumen to set the team’s strategic direction, define priorities across large inhouse and outsourced vendor teams
  • Proficient in creating and optimizing processes, particularly in fast-growing environments. Prior experience in e-commerce and B2B operations is highly desirable.
  • Excel at managing cross-team projects across multiple stakeholders 
  • You are flexible, excited by change, and able to adapt to evolving business needs
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English. Additional languages are a plus.
