Job Description

• Review and implement customer requirement specifications
• Lead technical direction to complete electrical equipment and programming specifications for packaging machine orders
• PLC/HMI programming and Software debugging
• Assist with equipment commissioning and debugging
• Work with customers to validate the equipment
• Work closely with project teams and participate in activities related to the development of new projects
• Travel to customer facilities for site installations and service
• HMI application development and deployment
•  Database solutions, PLC programming and deployment, OIT application development and deployment.
• Specialty applications, System commissioning and troubleshooting.

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field or equivalent combination of education, training and experience providing equivalent knowledge.
• PLC Programming/SCADA
• FT View SE Distributed
• SQL query scripting Python
• C# PLC programming for Rockwell Logix5000 & Logix500
• OIT application development for Rockwell utilizing FactoryTalkViewME
• Mechanical aptitude and self-motivated
• Effective written and oral communication skills
• Ability to perform job duties that require standing, kneeling, crouching, twisting upper body, working in cramped spaces.
• Physical effort that may include the lifting of supplies and materials which can weigh up to 20 pounds.
