Reimagine What’s Possible
Lead the design, implementation, operation, and optimization of SCADA, Power Plant Controller (PPC), Energy Management System (EMS), Substation Automation System (SAS) ensuring seamless integration and interoperability across renewable, hybrid, and grid-connected power generation assets including Electrical Power Management Systems (EPMS/TDMS).
Lead grid code compliance and performance validation activities.
Drive OT cybersecurity compliance and network architecture reviews according to NCA, OTCC, ISA62443 etc.
Conduct cybersecurity risk assessments and remediation planning
Support RTDS and HIL activities
Coordinate EPCs, OEMs, utilities and stakeholders.
Coordinate site troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
Ensure HCIS SEC compliance for the project
Support for Site Performance Management
Bachelor or higher degree in Electrical, Instrumentation, Control or related Engineering discipline.
10+ years SCADA and automation experience with renewable assets.
Strong knowledge of IEC 61850, IEC 60870-5-104, DNP3, Modbus, DLMS, OPC UA etc.
Hands-on experience with Solar, Wind and BESS facilities.

Skills Required
