About the role.
As the SCA SRM&Strategy Deployment Lead EMENA and GB&I, you will play a critical role in driving McCain's Sustainable Cost Advantage (SCA), Sustainable Revenue Management (SRM), and 2030 Strategy initiatives across the EMENA & GB&I region.
Working closely with Finance, Operations, and Functional Leadership Teams, you will oversee the deployment, governance, and execution of strategic programs that strengthen cost competitiveness, revenue growth, and long-term business performance. You will act as a key connector between regional and global stakeholders, ensuring alignment, accountability, and successful delivery of strategic priorities.
What you'll be doing.
- Lead the deployment and governance of SCA and SRM initiatives across the region.
- Monitor program performance, track delivery against targets, and identify risks and opportunities.
- Coordinate project reviews and facilitate escalation processes when required.
- Build and foster a strong SCA/SRM community, promoting collaboration and sharing of best practices.
- Drive communication and engagement activities to increase awareness and ownership of strategic programs.
- Serve as the regional subject matter expert for SCA/SRM project management tools and methodologies.
- Partner with Global PMO teams to ensure accurate reporting and adoption of global best practices.
- Support the deployment and execution of the CE 2030 Strategy roadmap.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure strategic initiatives deliver measurable business value. Contribute to continuous improvement of project governance, portfolio management, and strategic execution processes.
What you'll need to be successful.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Finance, Business, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in project management, consulting, business transformation, strategy deployment, or a related discipline.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering cross-functional projects.
- Strong understanding of project and portfolio management methodologies.
- Experience working with project management tools and reporting systems.
- PMP certification or equivalent project management qualification is considered a strong asset.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to balance operational and strategic priorities.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across multiple levels of the organization.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); French is considered an asset.
- Agile, proactive, and results-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
