Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Manufacturing to create and implement strategic financial plans that align with organizational goals.
Managing the annual budgeting, monthly LE forecasting and actual result analysis for associated overheads, along with capex and savings.
Completion of monthly accruals and prepayments combined with full supporting analysis and explanations.
Analyse and understand key variances, investigating the root cause of any inaccurate postings and driving resolutions, including challenging the cost center owners to provide information when necessary. Making recommendations for areas of cost reduction.
Produce monthly forecasting and Budget (ppt decks).
Completion of balance sheet account reconciliations.
Support and assist other members of the team to cover absences, peak work periods or to provide training when necessary.
Provide collaborative support to Senior Finance management in their duties where required.
Qualification:
Bachelor's degree from Economy, Finance, or Business.
Finance qualification with at least 5 years post qualification experience.in supervisor level.
Working experience in Manufacturing Industry ideally in FMCG.
Familiar working with of SAP.
Mastery skill related with Accounting as per PSAK.
Mastery skill in MS Office, especially Excel.
Proficient in numeric analytical.
Excellent communication in English, both verbal and written.
Able to maintain collaborative and business partnering with other functions.
