Minimum Qualification: Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Current knowledge of laws, rules and regulations pertaining to business lending and compliance.
- Knowledge of all aspects of financial institution business services including lending methods, practices, and services.
- Strong analytical skills to make sound credit decisions with some assistance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Flexibility and ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks.
- Ability to manage time effectively and work under deadlines and stress.
- Knowledge of credit and interest rate economics.
- Knowledge of asset, liabilities, credit dynamics in a business services lending environment.
- Skill in the operation of a personal computer with word processing, spreadsheet and presentation software and Intra/Internet access.
- Ability to work independently with some supervision.
- Ability to problem solve using critical thinking to identify and resolve issues.
