What you bring SOFTOBIZ · WE'RE HIRING Design Lead Location: India (HQ) · Reports to: Head of Marketing · Experience: Up to 8 years Website graphics: All visual design for the site — hero visuals, section art, illustrations, and imagery — on-brand and ready to ship. Design, not development. Social creative: The visual feed across LinkedIn and Instagram — a consistent, high-frequency stream of on-brand graphics that keeps the cadence fed. Video: Edit and produce video with AI tools — from short social cuts to brand pieces — without a separate production house. Brand system: Keep everything true to the Softobiz visual system — near-black, purple glow, mint accent — across static and motion, so the brand looks like one thing everywhere. Throughput: Move fast enough that design is never the bottleneck for a campaign, a launch, or a content push.
