Requirements
We are looking for a skilled Saviynt Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) Consultant with strong hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and managing IAM solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering end-to-end identity lifecycle management solutions and ensuring secure, compliant access across enterprise systems.
- Design and implement end-to-end identity lifecycle management processes for both human and non-human identities using Saviynt.
- Perform advanced debugging and troubleshooting, including coordination with external technology vendors.
- Participate in requirements gathering, solution design, and documentation.
- Implement, configure, and maintain Saviynt IGA solutions.
- Integrate Saviynt with enterprise systems such as:
- Active Directory
- Databases
- REST-based applications
- Active Directory
- Design and develop:
- Workflows
- Connectors
- Access request processes
- Workflows
- Configure and manage:
- Access reviews
- Certification campaigns (User Manager, Entitlement Owner, Application Owner)
- Access reviews
- Collaborate with Security, Compliance, and IT teams to define IAM policies and controls.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and process guidelines.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (B.Tech / M.Tech / MS)
- 3 to 8 years of experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM)
- Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in Saviynt
- Strong understanding of:
- Identity & Access Management (IAM)
- Single Sign-On (SSO)
- IT Security concepts
- Identity & Access Management (IAM)
- Experience across full IAM lifecycle implementations, including:
- Requirements gathering
- Design
- Development
- Testing
- Deployment
- Support
- Requirements gathering
- Hands-on experience with:
- Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML) processes
- Access policy design
- Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML) processes
- Technical expertise in:
- Java
- LDAP
- SSL
- RDBMS

- Experience with custom and standard IAM integrations using Java, .NET, or scripting languages
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Saviynt L100 and L200 Certifications
- Experience working in enterprise-scale IAM implementations
