Saudi Arabia: Environmental Coordinator

• Evaluate, observe, and control the legal flow of various types of hazardous waste and environmental pollutants at the rig.
• Manage the third party waste management service provider as per Aramco requirement.
• Update the third party waste management manifests as per operator requirement.
• Work together with operators environmental department towards service attitude.
• Assist the rig closing out the environmental audit points raised by the operator.
• Oversee waste disposal and treatment programs
• Ensure that industrial operations are in compliance with Saudi EPA and Aramco regulations.
• Perform regular site inspections for environment compliances.
• Stay updated with new developments in environmental policies and regulations.
• Provide assistance and job trainings to team members when required.
• Identify root causes of environmental problems and propose appropriate action plans.
• Assess potential environmental risks and develop mitigation plans.
• Work with cross-functional teams to maintain environmental management and monitoring programs.
• Follow and enforce environmental health and safety procedures.
• Work with management to schedule periodic maintenance and upgrade activities.
• Identify areas of improvements to reduce environmental damages and wastes.
• Maintain complete and clear documentations for environmental operations for reference purposes.
