This is a hands-on, bench-focused role in an RF integration environment, ideal for an early-career engineer looking to build deep RF and SATCOM test experience under the mentorship of senior staff. · Conduct structured data collection during test execution and contribute to post-test data analysis

· Support test report generation and maintenance of verification records contributing to the Requirements Verification Traceability Matrix (RVTM)

· Troubleshoot hardware discrepancies and out-of-spec conditions at the component and subsystem level, escalating complex issues to senior staff as appropriate

· Set up, configure, and operate laboratory RF test equipment in support of multiple concurrent test campaigns

· Support hardware bring-up, integration, and system-level testing under direction of senior test engineering staff

· Develop and refine test procedures based on lessons learned during test execution

· Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams (Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Software, Quality, Program Management) to support test execution and integration activities

· Document test results, hardware status, and procedural updates in support of program reporting

Basic Qualifications

· Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering, related engineering discipline (ABET-accredited), or STEM equivalent; equivalent combination of related training and experience accepted

· Minimum 2 years of related experience in RF test, hardware test, integration & test, or SATCOM/communications test environments

· Working knowledge of RF fundamentals and basic SATCOM concepts

· Hands-on experience operating standard laboratory RF test equipment (spectrum analyzers, signal generators, oscilloscopes, or equivalent)

· Ability to read schematics, interpret block diagrams, and follow structured test procedures

· Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team-based lab environment

· Successful completion of a government background check prior to commencement of employment

· Active TS/SCI security clearance with eligibility for Special Access Programs (SAP)

· U.S. Citizenship required

Preferred Qualifications

o Waveguide components, bandpass filters, RF cables and adapters

o Satellite modems and loop test translators

o Software Defined Radios (SDR) and timing distribution systems

o Variable DC power supplies

· Familiarity with network and infrastructure test equipment (network cable testers, fiber optic testers) and lab infrastructure (Cisco switches/routers, rack-mounted servers)

· Familiarity with antenna testing, RF performance measurements, or EMI/EMC testing concepts

· Exposure to anechoic chamber test environments
