Are you ready to be the first line of defense in tech support? At NCR Voyix, we’re looking for a proactive and customer-focused L1 Support Specialist to help us deliver world-class service to our clients and partners.

What You’ll Do:

  • Be the go-to expert for incoming calls, emails, and tickets from clients and field engineers.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues remotely—or escalate when needed.
  • Keep a close eye on ticket queues and ensure SLA commitments are met.
  • Use our knowledge systems to find solutions fast and share insights with the team.
  • Own every issue you touch—from first contact to final resolution.
  • Keep stakeholders informed when things take longer than expected.
  • Monitor systems and events to anticipate client needs before they arise.
  • Validate and grant access to users following procedures/approval rules pre-approved by the customer.

  • Willingness to work in a 24/7 environment, including weekends.
