Position Title: SAP Vistex Techno-Functional Consultant
Location: McKinley West, Fort Bonifacio, Taguig
Work arrangements options:

• Hybrid set up at Fort Bonifacio, Taguig office (3 days from office and 2 days from home)
• Role also open for remote set up

Position Overview:
As an SAP Vistex Techno-Functional Consultant, you will be responsible for designing, configuring, and implementing SAP Vistex solutions, specifically focusing on Paybacks & Chargebacks, Billback Claims Management, Ship & Debit, Accruals, and Settlements. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with SAP SD, FI, and EDI while handling technical developments using ABAP and WRICEF objects. This role requires strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, along with expertise in SAP S/4HANA Vistex implementations and global support for US, EMEA, and Asia regions.

Key Responsibilities:

• SAP Vistex Configuration and Implementation:
  • Configure Vistex Paybacks & Chargebacks, Ship & Debit, Accruals & Settlement processes.
  • Implement Billback process, Agreement Management, Distributor Inventory, and Reporting solutions.
  • Set up IP Agreement types, Number ranges, Claim types, Pricing Procedures, Condition Type Groups, and Accrual/Settlement Profiles.
  • Work on SAP SD and Vistex module configuration, including pricing, billing, and condition types.
• Technical Development and Support:
  • Develop and enhance WRICEF objects and provide ABAP coding support for Vistex implementations.
  • Coordinate with the SAP Basis team to design and develop the Vistex Archival Process for Ship & Debit Claims, Agreements, and Agreement Requests.
  • Analyze system issues, troubleshoot problems, and provide technical solutions for global Vistex support across US, Asia, and Europe.
  • Ensure seamless integration with SD, FI, OM, Material Master, and EDI functionalities.
• Testing and Documentation:
  • Create functional and technical specifications (FDD/TDD), perform unit testing and functional testing, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Conduct integration testing and help develop training documentation for business users.
  • Research SAP OSS notes, evaluate solutions, apply fixes, and conduct regression testing.
• Incident Management and Enhancement Delivery:
  • Handle global SAP Vistex support incidents based on priority levels.
  • Work with ITSM and Service Desk ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow) for issue resolution and enhancement tracking.
  • Deliver SAP Vistex enhancements using a Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) approach.
  • Ensure compliance with business and audit requirements in SAP Vistex pricing and settlement processes.

Required Skills and Experience:

• 6-8 years of hands-on experience in SAP Vistex implementation, configuration, and support.
• Expertise in Vistex Billback, Ship & Debit, Accruals, Settlements, and Agreement Management.
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Vistex implementation and knowledge of DMR and Vizi dashboards.
• Strong ABAP development skills for WRICEF objects, enhancements, and debugging.
• Experience working with EDI IDOCs for Outbound/Inbound Claim Creation, Agreement Responses, and Claim Responses.
• Proficiency in SAP Vistex SD pricing, condition types, and IP document processing.
