We are seeking an experienced SAP VIM Senior Functional Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in SAP VIM solutions, FICO processes, and integration with SAP Fiori apps. You will be responsible for aligning business needs with SAP solutions, driving seamless integration, and optimizing invoice management workflows. This role requires collaboration across global teams, leading project activities, and providing expert guidance on SAP solution design and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Align business requirements with SAP VIM solutions to ensure seamless process integration.

• Configure and optimize invoice workflows in SAP VIM and implement modifications as needed.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery and implementation of SAP solutions.

• Manage configuration, testing, and deployment activities for SAP applications.

• Independently drive project tasks and provide timely progress updates to stakeholders.

• Act as a subject matter expert, offering guidance on SAP solution design, configuration, and best practices.

• Support long-term maintenance and optimization of SAP VIM solutions, addressing issues and implementing incremental improvements.

• Participate in S/4 HANA migration and upgrade projects.

• Facilitate workshops and communicate complex finance and SAP topics to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• 10+ years of experience in SAP VIM with strong knowledge of design, concepts, principles, and configuration in SAP ECC.

• Proficiency in SAP FICO processes and best practices.

• Hands-on experience with invoice document capture tools and integration into SAP.

• Participation in 3+ full-cycle SAP implementation projects.

• Experience with long-term support, optimization, and troubleshooting of SAP VIM solutions.

• Familiarity with S/4 HANA migration projects.

• Knowledge of JIRA, ServiceNow, and Agile methodologies is a plus.

• Strong understanding of financial processes in large organizations.

• Experience with SAP transport and change management tools (STMS, Solution Manager, ActiveControl).

• Functional experience in developing WRICEF objects (Workflows, Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms).

• Good understanding of ABAP; knowledge of Object-Oriented ABAP (OOABAP) is a plus.
