The Role:

The Microcontamination Control division is looking for a Variant Configuration Analyst who will be responsible for ensuring accurate and efficient product configurations, maintaining our data systems, and optimizing existing processes. Collaboration with global cross-functional teams will be essential to define, verify, and implement new product configurations in our SAP system.
In this role you will:

Local expert for designing, implementing and maintaining variant configuration models using the SAP VC module

Collaborate within a global team and responsible to implement the rules required for new product designs for configuration, resolve system (data and process) issues and revise requirements as needed

Responsible for ensuring accurate, optimized and efficient product configurations throughout the end to end process
-
Continuously examining our business processes, and identifying opportunities to shrink or automate them with off-the-shelf tooling

Authority to Construct Effective Product Structure and Grouping with adequate characteristics and dependencies pertaining to product application and manufacturing

Accountable for successful deployment of new Models or change to existing models primarily for KSP and global plants including testing and documentation
Traits we believe make a strong candidate:
-
Bachelor’s degree and/or above in Engineering, Computer Science or related field

Strong functional knowledge and experience in SAP VC is a plus
-
Hands-on experience with mapping of requirements from the business

Experience in managing Data structure in ERP systems, namely Materials, BOM’s, Routings (Characteristics or dependencies being optional)

Effectively communicate across global functional teams

Able to speak to technical and non-technical audiences, as well as absorb and use technical documentation

Successful candidate will be able to complete the global implementation and expansion of variant configuration in the Microcontamination Division

Ability to work across different functional teams in the business and successfully identify and execute on automation opportunities
