To enable OGSM 2030, a Business Transformation program called EOS was launched in 2023 to make a step change in a vast number of critical business process, supported by world class digital solutions and data. To create value, a dedicated organization was created to ensure quality, efficiency, governance, visibility, and transparency. This transformation is led from the top of the organization down to every unit.
This role is part of the EOS Regional Deployment organization, and is responsible for creating the S4 and Edge Systems testing strategy, orchestrating the test plan with all different workstreams in collaboration with SIs, COEs, GPOs, Regional Business Teams, MGS and Local Key Users. This role will also oversee the test executions, tracking progress and removing roadblocks.
What are we looking for?College Degree in IT
7+ years of experience leading end to end tests for ERP projects
SAP Testing Expertise (FUT, Security Test, SIT, UAT)
Experience with SAP Test Automation tools
Knowledge on Test Management Tools
Demonstrable experience of delivering through others and creating collaborative relationships.
Track record of engaging and influencing stakeholders and external resources in an ambiguous environment.
Good communication, especially in English, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a flexible and changing environment, manages multiple activities and priorities, and work well under pressure.
- Define the test strategy, objectives, scope, and approach, in collaboration with System Integrator
- Develop a test plan including timelines, resources, and entry/exit criteria.
- Identify the test environments and data requirements.
- Select appropriate testing tools and frameworks.
- Coordinate the test plan, driving the work with the different Project Workstreams and monitoring progress.
- Ensure clear communication between stakeholders.
- Coordinate the development of test scenarios, test cases, and test scripts.
- Oversee functional, integration, , security regression, UAT, and performance testing.
- Validate end-to-end business processes and workflows.
- Identify, log, and track bugs and issues.
- Work closely with developers to ensure timely resolution of defects.
- Manage defect triage meetings.
- Conduct risk-based testing to prioritize critical business processes.
- Support business users during UAT execution.
- Gather feedback and ensure business requirements are met.
- Facilitate UAT sign-off and readiness for deployment.
- Ensure major issues found in security testing are resolved.
- Track and report test progress, defects, and risks.
- Provide test completion reports and sign-off recommendations.
- Identify process improvements for future testing cycles.
- Implement best practices and automation strategies.
