As a SAP Technology and D&A Manager, you will specialize in utilizing and managing SAP software and solutions within an organization. You will be responsible for tasks such as installation, configuration, administration, development, and support of SAP products and technologies. As a Manager, you will enhance your leadership style by motivating, developing, and inspiring others to deliver quality. You will be responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values in a meaningful way.
In this role, you will work within our Business Application Consulting practice, focusing on optimizing operational efficiency for clients. You will analyze client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilization of business applications, enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives. Embracing technology and innovation, you will enhance your delivery and encourage others to do the same, while upholding professional and technical standards.
Responsibilities
- Leading the implementation and management of SAP software solutions to optimize client operations
- Analyzing client needs to develop and configure SAP technologies for seamless integration
- Overseeing the installation, configuration, and administration of SAP products
- Guiding teams in strategic planning and execution of SAP-related projects
- Utilizing Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP) and SAP HANA to enhance system functionality
- Developing and delivering training sessions to support client utilization of SAP applications
- Collaborating with stakeholders to identify opportunities for business transformation and process improvement
- Mentoring team members to leverage their strengths and enhance their skills in SAP technologies
- Addressing and resolving conflicts or issues with clients and team members, escalating when necessary
- Upholding professional and technical standards in line with the firm's code of conduct and independence requirements
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 5 years of experience

- Preference for a Master's or Masters of Business Administration degree in at least one of the following fields of study: Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Engineering

The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $232,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
