We have an immediate need for an SAP Techno-Functional Solutions Architect with logistics functional and ABAP development experience:
- The role is full time & fully remote, but the candidate must be based in Australia.
- Must have excellent customer focus and communication, friendly interaction and passion to help customers.
- Occasional after hours, weekends and holidays support for urgent customer issues.
Responsibilities:
- Provide remote-based SAP 4th level support for our global customers in various industries.
- Resolve complicated issues requiring expert level debugging skills and deep knowledge of logistics business processes.
- Develop strong support-based relationships with our clients, with excellent customer focus and communication, and friendly interaction.
- Continuously drive customer satisfaction by tracking issues from start to closure.
- Ability to troubleshoot customer issues remotely with extensive SAP experience and good analytic skills.
Requirements:
- 18+ Years SAP ABAP programming and Logistics (PP, MM) experience.
- Expert level ABAP programming and debugging skills.
- Configuration experience, implementing and supporting PP and MM modules.
- Good understanding of logistics business processes according SAP best practise.
- Strong SAP integration experience between logistics and other core ECC modules.
- Ability to work remotely within a close regional and global team environment.
