We have an immediate need for an SAP Technical Solutions Architect for Logistics:

  • The role is full time & fully remote, but the candidate must be based in the UK
  • Must have excellent customer focus and communication, friendly interaction and passion to help customers.
  • Occasional after hours, weekends and holidays support for urgent customer issues.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide remote-based SAP support for a combination of logistics modules (MM, PP, PM, SD, WM and QM).
  • Develop strong support-based relationships with our clients, must have excellent customer focus and communication, friendly interaction and passion to help customers with their software issues.
  • Continuously drive customer satisfaction by tracking issues from start to closure, minimizing aging cases.
  • Support clients with customizations and provide implementation and best practices process support.
  • Ability to troubleshoot customer issues online and using remote-connecting tools.  Must have good analytical ability and strong resources to utilize for resolving issues.
  • Application support role will also perform a Quality Assurance function – testing fixes and enhancements created by developers

Requirements:

  • 18+ Years SAP MM and SD and PP and PM and WM and QM implementation and support experience.
  • Expert level knowledge in either SAP MM and SD and PP modules.
  • Ability to debug ABAP programs
  • Expert level ABAP programming skills would be an added advantage.
  • Strong SAP integration experience with other core SAP functionality and business suite products.
  • Must have good understanding and scope of software to know how a change can impact other parts of the software
  • Ability to work remotely within a close team environment as well as with teams in all regions.
