At Syskoplan Reply, we’re looking for an SAP Technical Lead who combines deep, hands-on technical SAP expertise with team leadership. This is a hybrid role where you’ll both lead and mentor a small technical team and roll up your sleeves to architect, configure, and deliver solutions. You’ll be the anchor point for clients and internal teams with a pivotal seat at the table shaping how we deliver SAP solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse SAP technical team of ~10 consultants
- Collaborate with business and project teams to design and deliver integrated SAP and non-SAP solutions
- Get hands-on to configure, troubleshoot, and guide technical implementations
- Leverage SAP BTP to deliver innovative solutions
- Build trusted relationships with clients, serve as a technical advisor on strategy, risk, and direction
- Share thought leadership through white papers, webinars, and case studies
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Applicants for employment must have work authorization that does not now or in the future require sponsorship of a visa for employment authorization in the United States (i.e., H1-B visa, F-1 visa, STEM OPT)
- Experience as a Technical Lead/Manager on SAP projects, including cloud and hybrid implementations, with the ability to lead teams and advise clients on strategy, risk, and delivery
- Hands-on expertise in S/4HANA, ECC, and system administration, plus experience with SAP BTP tools & services (Eg: Business Application Studio, Work Zone, Build Process Automation, etc)
- Track record delivering full lifecycle SAP solutions that integrate SAP and non-SAP systems, ensuring secure authentication, seamless connectivity, and effective troubleshooting
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google) and SAP cloud systems (S/4HANA, C4, Concur), with familiarity across ERP functional modules for cross-team collaboration
- Travel up to 50% during peak project phases, demos, etc
Preferred Qualifications
- SAP Public and/or Private Cloud certification(s)
- SAP Cloud Architect
- Development experience

The base compensation range for this full-time position is between $140,000 – $180,000 plus benefits. Compensation decisions are supported through market data, where regional variances may exist based on cost of labor. We also take into consideration prior experience, relevant skills, education and/or training, certifications and as applicable, other required qualifications.
