Job DescriptionAs a member of our SAP Support team, you will analyze and resolve the issues reported by users of Lesaffre Core Model SAP system by
- Providing information about Lesaffre Core Model
- Providing guidance to the users
- Resolve relevant support requests
- Identify workarounds & design final solutions by considering best practices and rules at the company
- Executing changes of configuration
- Leading the process when developers are required
- Perform and lead testing
- ABAP debugging skills are highly appreciated
- Coordinate and supervise external resources
- Participating in projects when required
- Guarantee that LCM (Lesaffre Core Model) rules are respected by supervising LCM implementation projects
- Finetuning SAP setup including advise to developers to change custom developments
- Performing maintenance of master data
- Willingness to travel occasionally
- Opened to learn and understand connected processes of other SAP modules
- University or equivalent degree
- 5 years or more experience in SAP PP
- SAP PP-PI and QM module skills are big advantages
- PM, FIORI, S4 HANA experience are also preferred
