Position Overview
Heidelberg Americas is seeking a SAP Support Analyst to strengthen our regional Finance & Controlling support organization as well as to assist with some LO/MM/SD processes. This role is ideal for a professional who brings solid FI/CO experience and is willing and able to provide light support of MM/LO/SD modules and is ready to grow into a broader regional and global footprint within our global SAP landscape.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide hands-on support across FI-GL, FI-AP, FI-AR, CO-CCA and CO-PA
• Resolve incidents, execute testing cycles, support upgrades, and document solutions
• Partner closely with business users and collaborate with global SAP teams in Germany
• Learn and support multi-country financial processes for US, Mexico, Canada, and Brazil
• Engage in process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives and provide some light support of LO/MM/SD topics or be a backup when needed.
Qualifications
• 4–8 years of hands-on SAP FI/CO experience
• Strong understanding of FI processes (GL/AP/AR) and CO (Cost Centers, PA)
• Exposure/knowledge of integration with LO/MM/SD (willingness to learn)
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
• English fluency
Nice-to-Have Skills
• Interfactura (Mexico CFDI), ONESOURCE, Vertex, XiPay, D&B;
• Material Ledger exposure
• Brazil Nota Fiscal (NF-e / NFS-e) familiarity
• Basic ABAP query development
• Spanish or Portuguese language skills
Salary
Base Pay: $86,000 - $110,000
Compensation Type: Salary Exempt
