- Technical user support, troubleshooting and workflow optimization for SAP modules PP, MM, SD, QM and FI/CO
- Close collaboration during change processes with other IT teams from Delta Electronics, based in Canada and Taiwan, especially during the migration to S/4HANA
- Monitoring of the SAP system performance and identify possible issues proactively
- Root cause analysis and debugging of recurring issues
- Collaboration with business users to analyze requirements and configure department-specific solutions
Qualifications
- Completed technical education (University, FH)
- Several years of experience in a similar SAP support function
- Experience in SAP configuration, system monitoring, integration tools and reporting
- Knowledge of cross-departmental processes in a manufacturing firm
- Very good English skills (company language), German skills are advantageous
