A global automotive manufacturer is moving its learning operations from Cypher Learning to the current release of SAP SuccessFactors Learning, and MSX International, its learning partner, needs a hands-on expert to lead the work. You’ll configure the platform, validate the migration of learner records, and coordinate the transition through testing, go-live and handover.
Job DescriptionThe Transition Management Lead is a six-month contract role combining SAP SuccessFactors Learning subject-matter expertise with implementation execution, coordination, and project-management discipline.
What you’ll do
- Configure SuccessFactors Learning: learning items, curricula, certification paths, assignment profiles, assessments, ILT, notifications, user roles and permissions.
- Validate the data migration: define test scenarios, review migrated learner records, learning history and certifications, and reconcile exceptions with the data owners.
- Lead testing: plan and run UAT for learner journeys, assignment logic, certifications and admin permissions; track defects through retesting and closure.
- Coordinate the transition: keep the plan, dependencies, risks, decisions and status reporting on track with LMS administrators, business owners and IT.
- Get ready for launch: support cutover planning, go-live readiness and hypercare.
- Hand over: document configuration and procedures, and transfer know-how to the long-term LMS administrator.

- Proven experience with LMS data migration: validation and reconciliation of learner records and learning history
- At least one LMS implementation or platform transition taken to go-live
